It is a fantastic experience with great views of all London. The ride itself is a great experience and offers amazing views. If you have a fear of heights then fear not as it is extremely smooth, no jolts at all and moves so slowly you hardly notice it.
Highly recommend to get express pass as queue is normally very long (up to 2h at peak times) or go in morning early. Also book in advance online and tickets will be cheaper – especially when combined with bus tours or other attractions.

Once you will reach there, you are in a pod with about 20 people and you enter and exit a slow moving pod. There are nice wood benches in the middle. You can comfortably walk around and take pictures and it is an experience not to be missed.
In night it is magical nice at night with all the lights of London. Or you could do it at sunset also, you will found it really beautiful! This is certainly one of the best ways to have a panoramic view above the Thames.
